Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect to your Smart Garden;

Make sure your Bluetooth settings are turned on.

Make sure your modem is compatible with the 2.4 GHz frequency.

Make sure that your modem password complies with the WPA2 encryption protocol.

The password must be at least 8 characters long.

Password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

Make sure your modem name does not contain spaces.
-
Check your internet connection.
In the mobile application, if you do not approve all requested permissions, you may experience problems on the pairing screen; therefore, please make sure that you approve all notifications.
