Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect to your Smart Garden;

  • Make sure your Bluetooth settings are turned on.

  • Make sure your modem is compatible with the 2.4 GHz frequency.

  • Make sure that your modem password complies with the WPA2 encryption protocol.

    • The password must be at least 8 characters long.

    • Password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

  • Make sure your modem name does not contain spaces.

  • Check your internet connection.

 

In the mobile application, if you do not approve all requested permissions, you may experience problems on the pairing screen; therefore, please make sure that you approve all notifications.
